Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mock up for early approval
• Manage and coordinate a team of Bim Modeler to prepare and update architectural and related 3D BIM & VDC
• Supervise to ensure compliance to design and good finishing quality of work
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site
• Well versed with code of practice not limited to architectural works and accessibility
• Familiar with RI and TOP processes, inspections and clearance, to check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
• Assist PM to prepare for architectural works micro schedule based on the project master schedule
• Overall planning of architectural works, and monitoring of progress of work, variation order and certification of work done
• Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators including chairing the • Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work and resolve design and construction issues
• Provide advice on all architectural related matters • Take lead in Site Coordination with all trades
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Department
• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
• To verify VO and prepare back charges
• Attend sub-con meetings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment
Job Qualifications:
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Preferably with 5 years of PPVC working experience in Building projects as Architectural Coordinator
