Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Bank procedures/policies and documentation, ramping support needs
  • Support for updated policies
  • CAT management for site content, campaigns, prioritizations
  • Possess a clear understanding of the risk and compliance framework and impact to Bento
  • Prioritize and oversee policy adherence and risk mitigation efforts in Bento
  • Respond to requests from Consumer Business Banking (CBB) and Chief Risk Office (CRO) for risk and control information to inform risk assessments, quality testing, and in response to other program specific initiatives and risk routines
  • Assist in educating Bento business line leaders on where risk resides and how to mitigate it

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10+ years of applicable experience
  • Applicable certifications

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Previous direct management or leadership experience
  • Risk and compliance experience from a financial or banking institution
  • Advanced understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
  • Advanced understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
  • Proven ability to build and manage a team of business risk professionals who have credibility and work directly with business line management
  • Strong knowledge of business risk competencies
  • Effective skills in leadership and management of process, projects and people
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, planning and implementation skills and negotiation skills
  • Effective skills at managing stressful situations
  • Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $139,995.00 - $164,700.00 - $181,170.00
