About the Role and Team: The Americas Gaming Client Solutions Team (CST) sits within TikTok's Global Gaming team, a division of TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) Division. The focus of this team is to partner closely with TikTok's Gaming advertisers to develop solutions that connect TikTok's users to the games and brands they love. The Team Lead will establish and strengthen key client relationships to focus on driving revenue, thought leadership, and advertiser business impact, by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media sales, operations, and ecosystem. The team lead will be the advocate for the category and will work with our product and cross-functional teams to find digital media solutions for our customers. The Team Lead will work with various stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally. Success in the position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid work environment, with a demonstrated ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our ever-evolving, unique ad product suite. Responsibilities: - Become an expert in Gaming Advs and be able to clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients - Train team to serve as external product consultants educating clients and agencies on new alpha and beta product solutions and general best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships - Serve as thought partner to Leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for future growth and efficiencies and influence leadership decision-making - Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive client business - Coach and develop Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok’s features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate expertise of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs - Work closely with product strategy to drive product innovation, collecting advertiser feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications: - 5+ years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing, managing large client solutions teams - Willing to work in Los Angeles (CA) or San Francisco (CA) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the Gaming, Tech or Entertainment industry - 2+ years of people management experience - Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives - Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies - Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance - Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels - Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills - Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams - Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $200000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
