Customer Relationship Executive - Leeds City Centre

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and who will also look for new business opportunities both in the UK and Internationally. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, have excellent telephone communication and knowledge of the fabric, fashion or interior trade would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will benefit from:

As Customer Relationship Executive, you will work with a highly motivated and focused team at this well-established, family-run company based in Leeds city centre. James Hare is Britain's leading silk specialist and is still owned and run by the Hare family, producing luxury textiles for the demanding world of fashion and interiors. Firm favourites with leading designers and decorators, James Hare luxurious fabrics are famous worldwide.

Customer Relationship Executive responsibilities:

* Calling existing customers to build relationships and increase business.
* Finding new customers to introduce them to our products and road selling team.
* Providing customers with information about products and services.
* Keeping a daily log of phone calls with notes on the company CRM system.
* Diarising opportunities and dates to follow up with customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive and outgoing personality.
* Have confidence and a drive to succeed.
* Be able to manage and prioritise work.
* Determined, hardworking and willing to learn.
* Be educated in Maths and English to GCSE level.
* Have strong computer skills.
* Possess the ability to work as a team as well independently.
