Extensive Quality Engineering experience in Booster development/design reviews, production, delivery and launch operations in a variety of austere locations/field-sites. Preferred background includes direct experience in implementing and monitoring design configuration control, applying principals of quality process control to production as-needed, interfacing with Program and external customers for delivery requirements. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; Ensures that product outputs conform to established company and regulatory standards. Preferred experience includes spacecraft/cleanroom processing and experience with hypergolic fluids.

 In addition, this position analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and assists in the development of dispositions, investigating Cause and referring appropriate corrective actions for discrepancies. Experience Interfacing with all aspects of booster manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.

Salary Range: $77,100 USD - $115,700 USD

Salary Range 2: $95,000 USD - $142,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
