Position Highlights

 

  • As an Oversight Project Manager, perform Intake and Release Management Duties.
  • Coordinate release activities, including but not limited to governance and reporting.
  • Host standard, off-cycle, and emergency release coordination calls to ensure all testing is performed and reporting for the business line
  • Organize weekly project and sprint review meetings with the Prepaid business line for transparency and insight into releases
  • Coordinate release activities, including but not limited to governance and reporting associated with the intake process
  • Host assessment calls to ensure business line awareness and insights are provided related to upcoming initiatives
  • Provide reporting and transparency to the status of various initiative
  • In support of Project Management, takes on process improvement, development and non-development custom projects
  • Participates in the organization and business readiness activities for projects
  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project
  • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
