Our TikTok Platform User Operation team plays a key role involved throughout the lifecycle in product development and service delivery to ensure that our users have a seamless experience on our platform. TikTok Platform User Operation team seeks a team leader in the US who is passionate about providing technical support and driving user experience optimization. This lead is responsible for bringing operational strategy and process to ensure the user queries and feedback are resolved in a friendly, fast, fixed-Right and convenient way, and are positioned at the intersection of platform and users to implement the optimization solutions. This role will also be responsible for enhancing support operations, focusing on efficiency management and scaling measurement outcomes, growing and developing a dynamic team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development. The ideal candidate should be strong at cross-functional communication and project execution, and has knowledgeable about content safety, as well as an aptitude for measurement and data analysis. This role also requests a responsibility of influencing projects and driving alignments. Responsibilities: -Manage the user operations team based in US, flexibly formulate user operations strategies, optimize user feedback processes, lead the team to effectively solve user queries, promote system optimization, and improve user experience -Cooperate with engineers and product teams to deliver the resolution effectively, to promote the improvement of platform performance and stability -Reasonably plan manpower arrangements and task allocation to improve team work efficiency and work quality -Continuously optimize the management process of information synchronization and work collaboration, supervise and improve the efficiency of remote office collaboration between cross-border and cross-cultural teams -Be able to flexibly apply appropriate management strategies to develop and motivate team members, regularly communicate performance, expectations, and provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the team members -Participate in the management of other related projects

Qualifications

-More than 5 years of Internet industry experience, team management experience in user operations and product technical support, on-call team management experience is preferred -Strong product and service knowledge in the SaaS/PaaS field -Have a certain sensitivity to data indicators on user experience and system stability, have strong data analysis and reporting capabilities -Have experience in escalations process management of technical issues -Have a more mature working methodology, can lead and train team members to maximize productivity, and to improve performance steadily -Have a keenness to pay attention to detail, excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills -Have excellent communication and coordination skills -Strong time and priority management capabilities -High sense of responsibility, result-oriented TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106666 - $198444 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
