We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty multi-location PMM team. In this role, you will work closely with Yelp’s Product and go-to-market teams (including Sales, Customer Success, Enablement and more) to develop strategies to test, launch, and drive adoption of new and existing advertising products and features. 

Our ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience planning and executing B2B go-to-market strategies. This could include conducting market research and competitive analysis, creating customer segmentation, partnering with Product to execute pilots/experiments to ensure product-market fit, developing product positioning and messaging, collaborating with Enablement to train internal teams, and working with cross-functional marketing teams to produce collateral and campaigns that help drive new and incremental revenue. 

This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.

Where you come in:

  • You will work closely with Product and Sales to plan and execute pilots in order to validate technical implementation, measure performance, determine product-market-fit, and ultimately propose next steps based on results and learnings.
  • You will develop go-to-market plans including identifying target audiences, shaping pricing, developing product positioning and customer-centric messaging, and creating effective sales & marketing materials and strategies.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute on those plans, measure progress, and adapt as necessary.
  • You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to help inform Yelp’s product roadmap and ensure we’re building products that meet our clients needs.
  • You will follow and analyze market trends, develop subject matter expertise, and serve as a go-to product expert to the Sales org and Yelp’s clients.
  • You will gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to proactively identify areas of opportunity to drive adoption and revenue from both new and existing advertising products and features.

What it takes to succeed:

  • You have 5-10 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing
  • You have knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising landscape (local/search advertising a plus)
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You love solving difficult problems
  • You have an innate ability to distill and translate complex ideas and information
  • You are both analytical and creative
  • You have excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have executive presence and are comfortable presenting to both internal and external audiences
  • You are highly collaborative and excel at driving alignment and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • You play well with others, treat others with respect, and value diversity in viewpoints
  • You have advanced presentation (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides etc) and Excel skills

  • Compensation range is $109,000-$204,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
