Provides expertise and leadership in the development, implementation and post implementation review of major initiatives. Incumbent fills the role of technical expert individual contributor and/or project leader in the development and instillation of major projects and programs. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
-Prior exerience in a call center enviorment
- Knowledge of default mortages
- Extensive level of knowledge of assigned project area
- Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
-Proficient in MS Suite, Excel, Power Point, Word
