Regulatory Change Management (RCM) utilizes a standard methodology to ensure regulatory changes affecting the enterprise are identified, assessed, and implemented in a controlled and coordinated manner. RCM also engages in and oversees Business Line efforts to implement and/or modify the required systems and processes for the identified regulatory changes.

 

The Regulatory Change Program Operations Consultant’s primary responsibility is to oversee, manage, and continuously improve the RCM Program framework. This includes maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidance; delivery of training and communication; development of senior and executive management reporting; administration of quality control processes; and management of RCM Program controls, including triage.

 

In addition, the Regulatory Change Program Operations Consultant will manage program strategic initiatives, and special projects (e.g., Enterprise RCM Projects) as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to seven years of experience in risk or compliance environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact banks and the financial industry in general.
  • Thorough understanding of Banking Business Line operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls.
  • Thorough knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Audit competencies.
  • Proficient with the Archer/eGRC platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate or assists in the delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong meeting management and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and develop program documents, processes, and system requirements.
