Regulatory Change Management (RCM) utilizes a standard methodology to ensure regulatory changes affecting the enterprise are identified, assessed, and implemented in a controlled and coordinated manner. RCM also engages in and oversees Business Line efforts to implement and/or modify the required systems and processes for the identified regulatory changes.
The Regulatory Change Program Operations Consultant’s primary responsibility is to oversee, manage, and continuously improve the RCM Program framework. This includes maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidance; delivery of training and communication; development of senior and executive management reporting; administration of quality control processes; and management of RCM Program controls, including triage.
In addition, the Regulatory Change Program Operations Consultant will manage program strategic initiatives, and special projects (e.g., Enterprise RCM Projects) as needed.
