Sales Coordinator & Office Assistant - Female | Kadawatha
"Armstrong Products" was established in the year 1989, and has over the years built up a sound reputation as a Sri Lankan Cement Based Product Manufacturer of high-Quality durable products that cater to both the local and export markets in the areas of construction and landscaping. We are looking for talented individuals to join our Kadawatha Head Office.


 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Preparation of monthly reports.
  • Answering telephone calls and directed customers/attend to customers’ questions about specific products/services.
  • Sales coordinating for walking customers and calls
  • Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
  • Working with spreadsheets.
  • Data Entry, Billing Quotation preparation, and other office-related activities.

Requirements:
 

  • More than 3 years of experience in sales and prior experience in a similar role will be a bonus.
  • Age 24 - 30 years.
  • Candidates should pass GCE A/L With 3 subjects including English.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy is a must. (Excel/Word) Prior experience in handling ERP Inventory systems and designing using illustrator photoshop is an added advantage
