Position Highlights

  • Oversees the strategic product management for the existing cardholder portfolio of a large co-brad credit card partner line in support of the organization's goals and market needs
  • Meets product profit and growth goals
  • Oversees the evaluation of market trends, relevant offers to existing cardholders, product development, product position and effective communication to cardholders
  • Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives
  • Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal and compliance review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation
  • Responsible for various partner reporting requirements as well as internal team reporting requirements

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of related work experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
  • Strong product management, design and development skills
  • Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team envrionment
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems individually
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to deliver difficult messages when needed
  • Very proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to contribute outside of defined roles as needs arise

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $99,365.00 - $116,900.00 - $128,590.00
