WHAT

  • Develop and contribute to the overall strategy for driving accelerated adoption of RTP and other products in the Faster Payments portfolio.
  • Define strategy, roadmap and own refinements based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics and collaboration with Product leads, lines of business and cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and relationship managers to develop sales strategy and pipeline
  • Develop service definition, business and user experience requirements, user workflows for each service offering and partner with the technology organization for developing the product
  • Lead and partner with product delivery and technology teams to enable new offerings, refine existing experiences and modernize technology

HOW

  • Work in an agile environment to quickly deliver new connectivity capabilities to market and iterate to continually improve and scale
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, interacting with clients, executives, sales and other key stakeholders
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications to produce marketing collaterals

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related work experience
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in product management at a financial services/insurance with exposure to B2B and B2C payments and payment rails
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
  • Expert knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
  • Strong product management, design and development, financial and competitive analysis skills
  • Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; relationship management; innovation and creativity skills

 

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while
having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
