The Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible to drive growth and improve customer experience for Acquisition and Retention experiences such as Checkout, Subscription Management across consumer and business customer journeys. This is a critical area of growth for Adobe where you will partner closely with Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify & prioritize key areas of opportunity for growth. We are looking for an experienced specialist with a growth mindset to understand the customer behavior using data & research; and execution focus to iteratively test, measure, learn.

 

What you’ll do

Partner with Analytics and Product to deeply understand customer behavior across Creative Cloud & Document Cloud worldwide

Develop and drive a meticulously prioritized Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns with business performance and customer needs

Lead test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental business value while improving customer experience

Collaborate with surface Product & Growth teams to unlock seamless experiences

Relentlessly derive hypotheses for the next areas for growth & optimization

Partner with international teams to optimize for outcomes locally, in both key and emerging regions

Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to cross-functional teams and Executive leadership

 

Skills

At least 5 years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving conversion improvements

Proven experience with experiment design, execution, insight, iteration, and ultimately driving revenue through your efforts

Experience creating data-informed hypotheses that will power experiment design and findings

Highly collaborative – experience aligning with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact projects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to derive clear and concise narratives from data

Hands-on experience with web and business performance analytics

MBA preferred

Reforge certifications preferred

 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

 

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
