The Opportunity

Interested in helping Adobe scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a senior product manager who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of Adobe’s core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!

This position requires a someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Accept through to Release to Production.

Lead cross-functional project teams, work independently, and drive initiatives by translating long-term strategies into specific solutions.

Use Jira, wiki, and other organizational tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery.

Perform project analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.

Needed to succeed:

3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.

Demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs, how sales teams work, and can effectively adapt with an evolving business.

Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; problem solver who can determine the best way to tackle the issues at hand while planning for the future.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
