Position Summary/Purpose of Position: | Under minimal supervision performs a variety of routine professional analytical assignments for Facilities Management (FM) involving application and adherence to the University payroll and human resource policies and regulations. Serves as specialist in areas of affiliates, employee appointments, transferable leave, pay advances issues & stop payments. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Experience: Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience. Physical Demands | While the position is not physically demanding, incumbent must be always alert, quick and eager to learn, able to perform well under stress and capable of performing a variety of tasks in a limited amount of time. Due to University imposed deadlines, this position is designated as an Essential employee and may have to work when the university is closed. Occasional overtime may also be required. This position resides in an office environment. This position is telework eligible, up to 2 x’s per week. |
