The Opportunity
Are you interested in helping lead design in the world's leading design company? Adobe is seeking a Director of Design Operations to partner with the centralized design organization and its leadership team to complete strategic objectives. You will be a key partner to the Vice President of Adobe Design!
The individual will operationalize the running of the Adobe Design organization as a business including completing critical initiatives, focusing on aligning and enabling teams to efficiently scale the business and deliver customer value. This individual will define and run programs that incorporate standard methodologies and the highest degree of operational rigor, while closely partnering with senior leaders across Adobe. This is a highly influential role across the organization and requires someone with a true passion for business strategy and operations, flawless execution of strategic objectives, and delivering the best experiences for users.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $155,100 -- $300,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
