A Day in the Life…
Support Studio Physical Resource Planning
Build and manage Excel models of our programming slate that predict studio physical resource utilization: office space, specialized production/post production facilities, equipment and supplies
Partner with Production, Technology, Post and Operations teams to explore resource optimization scenarios (build/buy/rent analysis, schedule/workflow changes, inventory management, etc.)
Present findings to executive team to support strategic decision-making
Support Studio Artistic Resources Planning
Build and manage Excel models of our programming slate that predict need for artists by craft group
Partner with Recruiting and Artist Management teams on planning, strategy and metrics tracking and reporting
Experience Life at Disney Television Animation Studios
Learn about the art, business and technology of animation
Attend crew screenings and other studio events

Strong analytical skills including modeling/forecasting and managing large data sets
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong research and communication skills

(Preferred Qualifications)
Proven success delivering in fast-paced creative environment
Interest in Animation or TV/Film Production
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
Required Education:
Major in finance, data science or related field
The pay rate for this internship in California is $21.20 per hour.
Additional Details:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
This internship is an onsite position -- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Glendale, California area.
Program length -- The approximate dates of this internship are June 2023 through January 2024.
Work details -- Must be able to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship
Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the session.
