The Global Foods Innovation Commercialization PMO is a new, highly visible role that will provide a successful candidate with a unique opportunity to have significant impact on the PepsiCo Foods global innovation agenda and visibility with the most Senior Leaders of the organization. The role is a key enabler of delivering the Foods strategic growth ambition.
PepsiCo has recently defined a new strategic growth ambition for its Global Foods Business. To execute that ambition a series of programs where approved across Innovation, Brand and Capabilities. This role will be accountable for ensuring all programs are executed on time and per plan, working as part of a multi-functional global foods group and in close connection with Sectors & key markets:
- Build the master calendar, roadmaps, scorecards, and interdependencies across all programs
- Coordinate activities across different programs & workstreams and provide tools to manage key risks, actions, updates, and priorities
- Drive overall program updates, incorporating inputs from the workstreams leads, to ensure coordination, drive visibility and request unlocks from program owners, stakeholders, and executives
- Define overall programs timeline and milestones, including key decisions and meetings and maintain master program timeline and scorecards updated accordingly
- Drive key stakeholder communications flow, including monthly program “ships”.
- The role provides world class PMO expertise and capability
- The role reports into the VP Global Foods Commercialization and is a member of the Global Foods Commercialization Leadership team.
Responsibilities
- The Global Foods Innovation Commercialization PMO main accountability is to ensure all Foods strategic programs are successful executed as per plan.
- Coordinate activities across program workstreams and provide tools and escalation pathways to manage key risks, actions, updates, and priorities.
- Define and maintain overall programs timeline and milestones. Highlight issues and risks to plan and recommended course corrections for timeline slippages. Engage with prime movers & project owners for inputs and solutions and secure alignment from stakeholders. Identify interdependencies and potential conflicts.
- Drive development of program updates for Executive Level Meetings and provide input for the purposes of global socialization, awareness, solicitation of resources and other program needs. Coordinate development of monthly updates to Executive Sponsor(s) to drive key decisions, inputs, and risk management. Review and finalize monthly updates with program leadership prior to distribution.
- Develop external program updates via the monthly program newsletters. Review and finalize each program newsletter with stakeholders prior to distribution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and build the right process tools to underpin all the above.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,500 - $168,150.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years’ PMO experience in managing multiple projects
- Strong background in managing complex projects including cross geography coordination and partnering with multiple business functions and stakeholders
- Proven results delivering significant business change within a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrix environment
- Good knowledge of CPG industry and the way it operates and the innovation strategy and agenda
- Excellent coordination and planning skills – robust problem solving and action-oriented mindset
- Very high levels of business acumen as a must-have: commercially savvy with outstanding analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong strategic process thinking skills; high level of competency in (oral and written) communication and change management
- Ability to engage with & effectively influence senior stakeholders within the organization and across multiple functions
- Flexibility to anticipate and adjust to new priorities and program needs
- Business oriented & strong process skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and systems (Monday.com, Smartsheet) to drive efficiency
