▶ About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

Responsible for the success of 7-Eleven Global Technology (7GT) Platform segment. Working with the Engineering Team to develop componentized technology products that can be sold as a service to existing International Licensees or can be used to operate a 7-Eleven business in a new market. Work with Regional Directors and New Market Entry Director to obtain to gain alignment with local technology leaders. 

  • Responsible for the vision and strategy for a segment of 7GT
  • Maintain a multi-product roadmap to execute
  • Gain alignment on that vision, strategy, and roadmap with the leader of 7GT
  • Implement a segment of 7GT platform that will consist of multiple technology products based on existing solutions at 7-Eleven, Inc.
  • Directly work on implementing the segment of 7GT platform for International New Market Entry
  • Manage team to execute a portion of the segment of 7GT platform
  • Define, Measure, Evaluate and Report KPI’s for that segment of 7GT
  • Globalizing 7-Eleven Inc. technology solutions with implementation in different countries

Qualifications

  • Motivated Leader with passion to expand our software to global market
  • Knowledgeable about 7-Eleven business model or small box franchised convenience business model
  • Preferable to have the understanding of Retailer Initiative
  • Have created vision & strategy
  • Able to communicate well to gain alignment on vision, strategy and resolving risks and issues with senior executives
  • 10+ years of product execution/technology implementation background
  • 10+ years of managing +30 resources/multiple products
  • 5+ years of global software experience
