As the Internal and Cloud Communications Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans which will impact thousands of employees, and will support these objectives by informing and engaging targeted audiences across Consumer & Community Banking and the firm. You will be a part of a team in a unique role within Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics with a diverse set of responsibilities that offers the opportunity to contribute thought-leadership on high-priority initiatives, with exposure to senior leadership.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Develop detailed multi-channel communication strategies with defined audiences and measurable results that support prioritized Cloud initiatives.
  • Lead the development of all internal marketing content, such as training materials, mass-distribution communications including emails, and content for town halls or similar business reviews.
  • Collaborate across Data & Analytics, technology, and product teams to help develop, maintain and track team metrics and monthly scorecards
  • Lead and support other priority ad hoc data and analytics initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

 Experience should include:

  • 3-5 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including extensive hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building; financial services industry experience a plus
  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree
  • Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML) a plus
  • Must provide writing samples when applying to the position; candidate will be required to take a written writing test.
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player; proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization; strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills; comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge in the creative development of email, ads, landing pages, video development; excellent written and verbal presentation skills – especially for C-suite audiences
