LMDS has an opening for a Manager Production Support Engineering 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Chandler, AZ.
Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems; device specification and yield problems; minor redesign of devices; analysis of customer returns; and optimizing device production relative to cost constraints, primarily with RF and Inertial Navigation systems. Assumes responsibility for device after transfer into high-volume production and usually responsible for entire device manufacturing operations. May assist customer in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.
Salary Range: $87,900 USD - $131,900 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
