Job Description

Overview

*Candidate can sit in any of the HQ Locations: Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL or Plano, TX*

Do you have a passion for media and how it influences behavior? Does being part of the consumer data revolution excite you? If becoming a thought leader in a space that is at the forefront of connecting with consumers is your aspiration, you could be the perfect candidate to join the PepsiCo North America Media & Data team, a dynamic team that brings together the science of data with media insights and activation.

Within this data-driven team, you will play a key role in driving the future of retail media strategy and enabling a deep performance marketing practice to apply to our investments in retail media.

You will be responsible for partnering with Shopper Marketing and eCommerce to elevate some of our key retail media strategic and operations initiatives. You’ll also lead media execution to enable improved omni-channel ROI through innovation of retailers’ media & data capabilities, as the marketing funnel blurs and first-party data, which retailers have at scale, becomes critical to driving conversion through addressable consumer connections.

You will also have exposure with senior leadership at priority retailers, so will need to stay closely connected with their evolving needs, as well as be a strong communicator and influencer, proactively communicating across the broad matrix of stakeholders to drive transformation in this very dynamic space.

Since this person will play a role in developing the future of how we can partner with retailers in this space, at a time when privacy restrictions are increasing and retailers are looking to benefit from their first party data, an innate curiosity and deep capacity for creative thinking and solution orientation are critical to being successful.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor for Retail Media for key customers internally and externally in front of some of PepsiCo’s most important retail partners, and proactively stay closely connected to them to influence capability optimization and innovation

  • Orchestrate day-to-day campaign execution for key customers’ shopper media
  • Foster a spirit of omni-channel collaboration between the Shopper Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce teams
  • Work effectively within a matrixed team to deliver a synthesized holistic approach to retail media between the customers you support and beyond
  • Track, analyze, and derive recommendations from media performance results, both through an internal marketing mix model and RMN-provided campaign-level measurement
  • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring latest industry thinking and innovation to inform direction for future strategies/plans

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 152,450 based on a full-time schedule
