The XE Growth team is a hardworking team that drives growth through compelling experiences & Product Engagement. We use Qual and Quant data to drive business growth throughout the engagement journey by using all CC (Creative Cloud) surfaces to build a cohesive, empathetic & connected ecosystem for Business customers.

The team is a passionate and entrepreneurial team that functions as a start-up within Adobe, with a fun team culture, a bias to action, and a commitment to building the most delightful experiences for our Creative Cloud users.

Your work will impact millions of Creative Cloud Business Customers across thousands of organizations.

 

What You'll do

  • Bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable balanced results across Adobe’s Creative Cloud business.
  • Work with Business leadership to identify key growth drivers and establish measurements for success.
  • Develop, implement and test growth experiments that have a significant impact on how users discover, activate and engage with Creative Cloud products and services.
  • Report on performance and present your roadmap on a quarterly basis.
  • Drive teams to implement with precision, and communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives.
  • Master usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into tests.
  • Create product experiences across Creative Cloud Surfaces that drive creative success in Business organizations.

 

What is needed to succeed

  • You pride yourself on having a good sense of humor and enjoy working within a small, but close-knit team.
  • You have empathy and passion for customers in creative fields and in Business organizations. A passion for improving how people work and enabling them to be successful at every stage of the customer journey.
  • You have a great intuition for business and the ability to drive complex projects forward with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a highly analytical mind and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You like to roll up your sleeves to understand the mechanics of how things work.
  • You can look at a product experience and optimize in both the short and long term for user success

 

Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Product growth role running A/B tests and experiments to get to statistical significance.
  • Proven delivery track record driving revenue and increasing customer acquisition and expansion.
  • A proven track record of working with design teams to optimize and create product experiences that deliver user value in the shortest amount of time.
  • Ideally product management experience working in the Creative space.
  • A unique ability to find a path to execution even in difficult circumstances

 

 

 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

 

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
