The Search Ads team sits within the TikTok Monetization Product (TTMP) organization servicing TikTok For Business. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to solve brand new problems and find innovative product solutions for TikTok Search Monetization. TikTok search is growing rapidly and becoming more and more attractive to users by providing interesting, useful and relevant video search results. These solutions aim to improve the search traffic monetization efficiency and search ad relevance. Responsibilities: - Lead product development for TikTok search ad supply-side, responsible for improving the search traffic monetization efficiency - Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap for the supply product pillar - Work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers and other cross-functional partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts - For successful development, go-to-market, operation and demand-generation efforts - Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience - 3-5 years experience in online advertising or search engines in a product management function - 7+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other) - Deep understanding of the digital advertising business - Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in search advertising TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $143000 - $499200 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
