Job Description

Assists marketing operation for North America in alignment with Social Media Marketing lead and regional Marketing head including content creation strategy, community management for product launches, event support (product coverage includes: Desktop and All-in-One PCs, Notebook PCs)
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Working with local marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and so on.
  • Analyzing and developing social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations and executions for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities and social media strategy
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, community and content management, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs in a quarterly/annual basis


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and MS Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Skilled in developing visuals/infographics/graphically designed layouts.
  • Use Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Presentation Slides, Corporate Email systems
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related


Work Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience, experience to manage a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar software
  • Copywriting/content manager/social media management experience
  • Familiarity with databases preferred.
  • Technology experience, particularly in Gaming/Consumer Electronics market, PC, IoT and hardware PC experience
     

Working Conditions:

  • Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs

 

 

$65,000 - $80,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, and 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
