For our Coffeehouse  Stanger in Innsbruck  we are looking for  a service-oriented personality as Store Manager  (full-time). 

Your tasks:

After several weeks of internal training, you can expect the following:

• Management of a Starbucks coffeehouse with 80% active participation in the operational area
• Responsibility for the operating result
• Adherence to the budget (sales, personnel costs, etc.)
• leading the team
• Responsibility for recruiting, training, mentoring and promoting the team
• Determination of daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
• Responsibility for the entire purchasing, logistics and disposal
• Ensuring and implementing all quality and hygiene standards in the coffeehouse
• Advice and service for guests
• Sale of our diverse drinks and their preparation according to standard
• Carrying out coffee tastings and presenting samples in the team and with guests ("sampling")

• Distinctive pleasure in customer service
• Experience in a comparable function with managerial responsibility
• leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of German and spoken English
• Flexible working hours (multi-shift operation from Monday to Sunday)
