U.S. Bank has an opening for a Business Operations Analyst in our Commercial Lending Services Syndicated Loan Non-Agent space. This individual is responsible for training, process, and procedure oversight across the syndicated loan non-agent team. We are seeking an individual who has an understanding and experience in the syndicated lending area as they would be responsible for maintaining all procedural documentation, recommending process improvements and training team members on process changes needed. In addition, this person will assist with researching and clearing complex transaction differences as well as other identified issues impacting operations.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

 

Responsibilities:

Create training program and support material and maintain with process and system changes, features and new functionality

Deliver new hire and ongoing training

Manage procedure inventory

Perform analysis on complex transactions and bring to resolution

Manage Issue Resolution for Non-Agent Syndications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software including Microsoft Office

Three to five years of experience in training, project management, operations, or similar field

Experience within the financial services industry
