In order to effectively and efficiently manage TikTok eCommerce business, there are a number of internal business teams globally. The Operation Product team provides a wide range of product/service capabilities to empower these teams to achieve different business agendas. This Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing our messaging automation platform, and building tools that will best serve internal teams and stakeholders, including but not limited to marketing, ops, Governance and Experience team, etc. Responsibilities: - Responsible for setting up a product roadmap for one messaging automation platform, with data-driven strategies built in, providing fluent operation processes, and content creation guidelines. - Set up regular catch-ups with stakeholders on requirements, product status, feedback, and performance, to ensure an aligned OKR on a Quarterly basis. - Take full ownership of product development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, and drive the best product efficiency and experience. - Monitor quantitative product performance and collect qualitative feedback regularly after product launch, to continuously drive success metrics improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of product management experience. - In-depth understanding of outreach products such as Marketing Automation. - Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity. - Bachelor's degree is required. - E-commerce experience is a plus. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $355200 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
