The Global E-commerce Logistics Design team is dedicated to building a great logistics experience for TikTok Commerce. We work to understand user insights from various markets across the world, and design innovative solutions to support our business growth. Our vision is to create localized, delightful and valuable services and experiences for TikTok global logistics. We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who will conduct user research and drive end-to-end design implementation for TikTok Commerce logistics and supply chain. You will build and iterate product services and experiences in collaboration with the business, product and developer teams. Responsibilities: - Responsible for TikTok e-commerce supply chain and logistics product experience design to ensure product usability and design quality - Based on the design goals, provide high-standard interaction and visual solutions and follow up the launch and user feedback - Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the implementation of design projects, continuously iterating and optimizing user experience - Dive deep into the logistics scenarios, discover experience issues through UX tools and methods such as interview/user testing, and propose design solutions to improve end-to-end, online and offline user experience (e.g. Warehouse operation) - Explore add-on values that designers can bring to the business and actively propose relevant innovative solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above - 5+ years of UX design experience with solid UX skills, e-commerce and/or logistics experience is preferred - Capable of integrating online and offline UX with experience in business-facing/cross-domain product experience design - Keen on business insight, pro-actively discover customer pain points or design opportunities, and can carry out experience innovation and design drive through diversified design methods - Capable of design retrospectives with the ability to summarize good practices and methodologies during projects, and sharing with other designers - Self-driven and proactive, able to manage complex projects and make initiatives happen. - Ability to collaborate across positions and function teams. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87466 - $209000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
