Job Description
Position Summary/Purpose of Position:The Workday Integrations Manager works under the direct supervision of the Technical Product Owner, at the University of Maryland, College Park, in the Division of Information Technology (DIT). The incumbent will lead the Workday Integrations team providing managerial oversight with a focus on designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining integrations to/from Workday.
Minimum Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience


  • Minimum of seven (7+) years’ experience in role(s) where responsible for IT operations and projects
  • Hands-on IT Operations experience with good communication skills
  • 10 years IT experience in technical analysis, design, and implementation


  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
  • Strong program/project management knowledge and skills, covering planning and execution including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under various conditions and constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship and conflict management
  • Understanding of IT Change Management practices


  • University of Maryland experience
  • Workday or modern SaaS ERP experience
  • ERP implementation experience

Benefits Included:

Salary range $145,000-$150,000
