For our Coffeehouse PlusCity in Pasching,  we are looking for  a service-oriented personality as Assistant Store Manager  (full-time) from February 1st, 2023 . After several weeks of internal training, you can expect the following:

Your tasks:

• Deputizing for the store manager and managing the coffeehouse during his absence
• Leadership of the team in the shift
• Advice and service for guests
• Sale of our diverse drinks and their preparation according to standard
• Various administrative tasks such as placing orders or checking incoming deliveries
• Determination of daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
• Creation of statistics, weekly and monthly accounts as well as cash and daily accounts
• Training of new team members
• Filling, clearing and cleaning work according to hygiene and safety regulations
• Carrying out coffee tastings and presenting samples in the team and with guests ("sampling")

• Very good knowledge of German and spoken English

For this position, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), a monthly salary of EUR 2,350 gross applies, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
