Responsibilities

In this role, you will be called upon to:

(DVC) Coordinator role is responsible for providing support to a designated plant team to facilitate smooth transition of location to using DVC tools which consist of Zarpac, Paperless, Energy Manager, and Predictive Maintenance Modules to digitalize the frontline experience. The role will be a liaison between the project and plant teams.  The DVC technology is expected to drive significant improvement in productivity by improving line up time and reducing breakdowns/waste. The chosen candidate will help to identify opportunities for improvement in areas listed below but not totally limited to:

  • Ensure the defined project goals and objectives, and scope is adhered
  • Help prepare implementation strategy, project schedule and sequence of events at site
  • Work with Project Team/Consultation Firm to define features, work process flow within the system
  • Validate design in application
  • Ensure scalability of application for new features and work flows
  • Site ensures hardware and work processes are in place before integration of application
  • Oversee end-user documentation and training materials availability
  • Facilitate end-user training
  • Complete final systems checklists
  • Track & resolve all crucial open issues
  • Prepare for migration to production
  • Organize move from a pre-production to a live production operation
  • Partner with plant team to ensure all expectations are satisfied and overall system performance is optimized
  • Document Lesson’s learned, create work instructions, OPLs etc.

Qualifications

  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations
  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference for Engineering discipline
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in bottling operations supervision or manufacturing support role such as TPM
  • Strong project management, process orientation, and influencing/conflict management skills
  • Must be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different points of view and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution
  • Strong influence skills
  • Solid people management experience and demonstrated success in building/leading a team
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skill
  • Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making
  • Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and access to an automobile to drive to various sales locations for duration of time in role.
  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation, including a Motor Vehicle Report (clean driving record for the past 3 years).
  • Be 21 years of age or older.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between$68,000 - $113,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
