POSITION SUMMARY:  

ADM’s goal to secure New Business and merchandising equipment , increasing sales volume and using tools such as first focus, special cold bottle pricing programming, merchandising equipment , racks , etc.  In addition developing growth strategies and plans. Managing and retaining Relationships with new and current customers. Identifying and mapping business strengths with customer’s needs. Reporting successes and present opportunities within the markets.

 

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Meeting execution targets that are given Quarterly
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective Independent Retail Customers / Owners.
  • Meeting sales call (to store managers/owners) targets: 15 – 20 Accounts visit per day /day; 5 days/week – Weekly Recap.
  • Selling & managing customer as well as marketing agreement programs for independent retailers.
  • Securing and maintaining accurate inventory of Products and display equipment.
  • Securing permanent Space display equipment locations in Independent retailers.
  • Coordination of Resetting Cold Bottle Initiatives and execution of Programs that are listed
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Communication or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent negotiating Skills and must be able to present and communicate in both Written and verbal forms.
  • Must be able to handle demands, targets and guidelines and situations.
  • Ability to work independently manage own time and maintain consistent results towards common goal.
  • Must be able to be resilient, creative, consistent dependable and efficient.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and marketing opportunities with customers.
  • Great IT Skills including the use or Power-Point and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • 1 year of work experience in sales, support, retail or marketing.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

 

COMPENSATION RANGE: 
Potential earning is from $88,486.540 to $139,700.00 annually
